Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. International customers are responsible for any applicable custom dues. Please note that shipping to the UK has been suspended at this time.

How long will it take to get my order?
It depends on where you are located. US domestic orders will ship within 3-5 business days and take an average of 2-5 business days to arrive. International deliveries can take anywhere from 7-21 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

How do pre-orders work?
Many of our items are sold as pre-orders. If an item is “Pre-order Only”, the item description will provide the pre-order details and estimated turnaround times. Although we give the best turnaround estimate possible, some items may be delayed for shipping due to manufacturing delays. Our pre-order turnaround times vary depending on the item and the total length of the pre-order so our typical turnaround times do not apply.
